Our support workers bring a huge range of personalities, experience and qualifications. A qualified primary school teacher. Two Occupational Therapy students. Social work students. First Nations staff we're proud to support and grow.

We're trained in neurodivergence, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, complex trauma, genetic conditions, challenging behaviours and AAC, and we love supporting our non-speaking superheroes.

We're here to make real change, and we do it by building a team around every family we support.

A therapy plan only works if it survives the school run, the 4pm meltdown, and the Tuesday when nobody slept. So we build routines that hold at home, create resources you'll actually use, and work alongside your OTs, speechies and school so everyone's working towards the same goals.

We build a team around each family. That means the right support workers matched to your child, consistent faces they can trust, and regular check-ins with you so nothing gets lost between appointments.

We take the complex families. Multiple diagnoses under one roof, single parents doing it alone, kids who've been missed for years. The families other providers find too hard.

We will never send you random staff. Your child's safety, comfort and future matter too much for that. You get a team matched to your child, faces they know, people who stay.

Our staff stay 12+ months, and that's not an accident. We value our team, respect them, and put their growth and professional development first. A team that feels looked after is a team that sticks around, and that means real consistency for your family.

Our Director still works on the ground. She's a support worker before she's a boss, and it shows in how we train and what we expect of ourselves.

We look after our workers with real supervision, training and burnout prevention, because a stretched support worker can't do this work well. Good support starts with a team that isn't running on empty.
