Welcome to Rise Up Wellbeing. We provide therapy-informed support for individuals aged 3–65, with a strong focus on early intervention and supporting young people. Our work centres on skill development, confidence, and building real independence over time.
We work closely with families and therapy teams to support the practical implementation of strategies in everyday life. Supports are delivered across the Gold Coast, Mount Tamborine, and Northern NSW, with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and long-term outcomes.

We build strong interprofessional teams by working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, teachers, support coordinators, and families to create meaningful and lasting impact. This allows strategies and goals to be implemented consistently across the home, school, and community environments.

We are more than just support workers. We are skill-building focused, highly goal-driven, and have built strong systems to track behaviours, goals, progress, and incidents to ensure consistency and meaningful outcomes.
We truly are a boutique provider, not focused on becoming a large organisation, but rather creating lasting impact and supporting our young people as they grow, develop, and thrive.

Our supports are categorised under CORE and CAPACITY BUILDING.
Please email our admin email for further questions. -
Currently we are not an NDIS Registered Provider. However, we are undergoing the Registration Process and are always adhering to NDIS Compliance and Documentation.

Yes, we can currently support all plan managed, self managed and private payments.
We do not support NDIA Managed Participants at this stage. -
All invoicing is in line with the NDIS Price Guide. This is available online or email admin to request further information.

Yes — all support workers hold relevant screening checks, first aid/CPR, and complete ongoing training and professional development.
