Founder & Managing Director

Roma is the dedicated and passionate Director of Rise Up Wellbeing. Born and raised in Tasmania, she relocated to the Gold Coast to pursue her university studies, driven by a desire to create meaningful and lasting change in the community.

Alongside her work, Roma has always been deeply driven to understand the body, mind, and nervous system, recognising the powerful connection between physical, emotional, and functional wellbeing. Through her experience, she identified a significant gap between therapy recommendations and on-the-ground support. She realised that real change happens when support workers are equipped to implement therapy plans and work collaboratively within interprofessional teams.

From this vision, Rise Up Wellbeing was built. Roma created a specialised team to work closely with families and key stakeholders, delivering high-quality, therapy-informed support. Through this approach, Rise Up has grown a strong reputation for quality services and outstanding, positive outcomes across the Gold Coast community.

A true empath, Roma leads with curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping people grow, regulate, and thrive.
